My teaching philosophy focuses on each indivdual child and how they learn best. There is no one approach for all children
and it is important for teachers to be consistently learning and trying new methods to reach the individual child. I believe
when this philosophy is in place, the teacher will be working for the benefit of the student, not just trying to cover curriculum
and prepare students for a test.
